Overview:
OTV-HCE3 IPTV Video Streaming Encoder accepts both HDMI and 2*CVBS (AV) input working at the same time. Meanwhile, it outputs 12 channels stream by TS over IP transmission in H.264 Compression(Video), AAC, MP3 Compression(audio) with different resolution and protocols for delivering services to multiple Internet connected devices at the same time, including smart phones, tablets, different size TVs and other mobile device. With powerful video pre-compression and efficient adaptive video compression algorithm, it is able to provide clear-delicate, high quality video even at lower bit rate within limited bandwidth.
OTV-HCE3 IPTV Video Streaming Encoder can be applied to education, health care, IPTV & OTT, conference, remote education, news interview, court, public security, banking, transportation and other industry applications.
