OTV-AV08A  IPTV Streaming Encoder has 8*CVBS (AV) input working at the same time. Meanwhile, it outputs 16 groups stream by TS over IP transmission in H.264 Compression(Video), AAC, MP3 Compression(audio) with different resolutions, bit-rates and protocols for delivering services to multiple Internet connected devices at the same time, including smart-phones, tablets, different size TVs
and other mobile device.

With powerful video pre-compression and efficient adaptive video compression algorithm, OTV-AV08A IPTV Streaming Encoder is able to provide clear-delicate, high quality video even at lower bit rate within limited bandwidth. It can be applied to education, health care, IPTV & OTT, conference, remote education, news interview, court, public security, banking, transportation and other industry applications.
