OTV-HD12 IP TO HDMI ProHD Decoder designed by Dibview for digital tv broadcasting.This ProHD decoder support 4/8/12 IP stream input, pass Pro decoding process, after MPEG-2/Mpeg-4/H.265 video decoding, it outputs 4/8/12 channels of HDMI videos with one stereo audio embedded in each port. It supports up to 1080i and 1080p out and supports manually upscale and downscale resolution. So it provides various solutions for operators to distribute programs.

OTV-HD12 IP TO HDMI ProHD Decoder is becoming very popular among DTV system, IPTV applications and digital TV head-end system for DTV operators, broadcast service providers and IPTV integrators etc.
