OTV-3SPlus adopts embedded operating system, guarantee the stability of the work, support selectable SDI/HDMI inputs adaptive, provides a high Performance-to-price ratio for live, easy operate solution. It can push/pull H.265, H.264, MPEG-4, MPEG-2 encoding video streams deliver to various servers, which base on UDP/RTSP/ RTMP/HTTP/RTP/HLS protocols.

OTV-3SPlus, compact and portable high quality device, which is using different carrier's multi-card bundling technology and H.264/H.265 encoding, within the low latency of 1 second for end to end. Easy operation, even non-professionals can send high-definition live video or recording with broadcast quality through the bound cellular network (3G/4G-LTE), Wifi and Ethernet.
