Overview:

OTV-HCE48 Multi-Channel IPTV Streaming Encoder is most competitive cost and easy-to-use video streaming appliance designed for professional video producers. The product support 16 channel HDMI & 32 channel CVBS input, 16 audio 3.5mm input (optional). Encoding output dual stream of h.264 with MP3/AAC audio format. From any HDMI/CVBS input source such as a camera or switcher, it generates an H.264-encoded stream compliant with RTSP, RTP, HTTP, UDP, HLS and RTMP protocols.

With powerful video pre-compression and efficient adaptive video compression algorithm, OTV-HCE48 Multi-Channel IPTV Streaming Encoder is able to provide clear-delicate, high quality video even at lower bit rate within limited bandwidth. It can be applied to education, health care, IPTV & OTT, conference, remote education, news interview, court, public security, banking, transportation and other industry applications.
