OTV-UD4 is Dibview newest professional Multi-channel ProVideo Streaming Decoder developed based on an embedded hardware platform. It integrates 4 Channel HD video decoding modules through a card-type structure. The output supports dual SDI & HDMI interfaces, and both interfaces can output the same content simultaneously.

OTV-UD4 professional Multi-channel ProVideo Streaming Decoder can decode multiple IP streams into SDI & HDMI signal output and supports audio de-embedding output.

• Embedded hardware, modular structure and more stable working.

Card-type structure, each decoding module includes a network port, an SDI and an HDMI interface, a USB port, a pair of 3.5mm audio input and output ports. The modules are independent of each other and have a high error tolerance rate.

Embedded hardware decoding, no need to rely on computer decoding.

4Channel module consumes only 20W at full load, low power consumption and low heat dissipation.

• High compatibility, suitable for various network transmission protocols to decoding SDI/HDMI

The input supports protocols such as RTMP/HLS/TS over UDP/RTP/RTSP/HLS, and is compatible with a variety of front-end encoding products, streaming media servers, network cameras, etc.

SRT supported to ensure secure and reliable transmission.

The output supports dual SDI/HDMI interfaces, and both interfaces can output the same content simultaneously.

The input end supports 1080P60 HD resolution, which is backward compatible, and the output end resolution is adjustable.

Sound can be output with HDMI/SDI, or independently from 3.5mm audio port.

• Powerful decoding ability, it can output HD smooth image for low bit rate video and network packet loss video.

Adopting Dibview proprietary image enhancement and error tolerance technology, it has strong anti-error capability, and can output clearly and without distortion for low-bit-rate encoded video and about 10% network packet loss video;

Low decoding latency, less than 200ms decoding delay in typical network environment, and the delay can be adjusted according to the network environment. Supported global live video platform (tested): YouTube, UStream, Twitch and so on.
